My role is to help you understand the competencies you need to develop and reinforce the habit of seeking out new challenges. Because the people I work with are usually very smart, results-oriented, ambitious, and reasonably quick learners, I usually coach a client for 90 to 120 days. I help launch you as a learning agile leader, and then you take over to work your development plan. Follow on “check-ins” are then scheduled at monthly or bi-monthly intervals.
